AZ rewrote ADU rules in 2024. We rewrote our ADU package alongside it. Detached, attached, or garage conversion — we handle setbacks, height envelopes, separate utility metering, and the parent-parcel constraints that wreck most first-pass ADU permits.

Phoenix specifics

Phoenix ADU permits run 4–8 weeks at the moment, faster on R1-6 and R1-8 lots. We preflight against the new state ADU rules first (height, separation, parking) before zoning. Sun City, Glendale, Chandler, Surprise — each has its own quirks; our intake form catches them.

Pricing

Typical engagement: $4,500–$11k. Fixed-fee on most. ADUs from $4,500.
