Kristine is the reason every APD project ships on time. She maintains the client portal, runs every AHJ submittal, and answers the email no one wants to answer at 8 p.m. The team calls her the project's true partner-in-charge — and that's not an exaggeration.
She knows every jurisdiction's submission quirks by heart. Which AHJ wants a separate stamp on each sheet, which one wants a single combined PDF, which one will reject a set with an off-by-one revision date. The portal exists because of her.

What I love about this work
When a client emails to say "we got the permit" — that's the moment. The set is good, the submission was right, and now there's a real building coming.
My quiet weapon
A shared calendar nobody is allowed to modify but me. If it's not on the calendar, it doesn't exist.
